As a working mom, founder Emily Groden wanted to feed her daughter frozen waffles out of convenience but didn’t love all the preservatives, refined sugars, and artificial colors and flavors she was seeing in the popular brands on the market. She was inspired to create a better-for-you option packed with whole grains, sweetened by honey, and flavored only with real fruits, vegetables, nuts, and spices. Evergreen was born!
