Our American Whiskey has rested in an oak barrel for 2 years. This Whiskey is 75% corn, 21% Rye and 4% malted barley. The corn gives the whiskey a rich sweetness, with notes of butterscotch and vanilla. This whiskey makes a great whiskey sour.
